The MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe RV Roof Vent Model 6401K (Smoke) is a powerful vent that will keep your RV interior temperature just right.

This roof vent's 4-speed, 12-volt fan and built-in thermostat give you maximum control over ventilating your camper van.

  • Features a powerful 4-speed fan motor with exhaust only.
  • A complete all-in-one system that fits standard 14" x 14" inch RV roof openings.
  • Designed for a minimum roof thickness of 1-1/8" to a max of 6-1/2".
    • If your roof thickness is less than 1-1/8", you can use wood blocks or another suitable method to add extra thickness.
  • Provides over 900 CFM of airflow on High using 4.4 amps, 730 CFM at 2.5 amps, and 500 CFM on Low at 1.4 amps.
  • Opens and closes like most standard roof vents using a manual knob located at the ceiling.
  • Locking knob ensures the vent lid stays fully open or closed.
  • Easy to remove interior insect screen, simply rotate four retaining knobs to remove for cleaning, no tools required.

    Thank goodness for pre-cut Thinsulate!
    Thank goodness for the pre-cut insulate! I had a couple extra pieces from the kit. So I cut them up and filled in a few places. I had a good pair of sharp shears that I struggled with and then I also tried to razor blade or two. All I can say is buy the pre-cut package!

    I installed this fan on a previously owned fifth wheel camper and it was a great addition. Used it to move warm air out on hot days and used a down draft with the lid closed to just move air around for a comfortable sleep.     This mesh is not as harsh and scratchy as Hypervent. It is softer and a bit thinner but still pushes well on the mattress.     We put the Rainer Floor with the 2tec2 flooring in our 2023 Sprinter 170. Both items were cut perfectly and glued down flat. We’ve had no squeaks or movement from the flooring or subfloor over the last 2 years.     It worked perfectly for my situation. The cheaper option is to buy a 200$ roll, but I’m not sure that would even be enough.     We are installing the fabric now, and it’s working very well for us. We really like just having to do one gluing step. Corners are harder to do because of the thickness, so we can’t fold two layers together. But it’s easier to avoid wrinkles on the flat surfaces.

    Love the extra protection these fender flares provide on my Metris. Also, they look fantastic IMO. If you're super OCD, you might not like the way the edges of the flares do not mate up with the body work of your van as the double sided 3M tape makes them raised about a 1/16th of an inch.
