Can I refund my points after redeeming?

No, points can not be refunded once a customer has redeemed points for a coupon.

Do redeemed coupons expire?

Yes, redeemed coupons will expire 6 months from the date redeemed.

Do earned points refund if I return or cancel my order?

Yes, If an order is refunded, partially refunded or voided, points earned on that order will be reversed

Do spent points refund if I return or cancel my order?

No, if a customer has used a reward on an order and that order is refunded/partially refunded/voided/canceled/etc, points spent for the reward are not given back to the customer:

This is because how Smile works is customers spend their points for rewards, rather than orders.

When a customer uses their reward on an order the points spent for a reward are deducted from the customer's points balance as soon as they spend them to create the reward.
