Presenting the Velit 2000R Mini Rooftop Air Conditioner 12V/48V, a super-efficient DC-powered rooftop air conditioner and one of the smallest rooftop air conditioners ever built. With the twin-cylinder rotor compressor, the Velit 2000R Mini delivers 7500 BTU of cooling capacity and draws as low as 20A(12V) and 5amps(48V). The unit can be directly powered by most vehicle alternators without the need for a second battery. It also has a slim profile with only 6.5” of clearance and can easily fit in the standard 14x14 rooftop cutouts.
For van installs or other uneven surfaces, we recommend the DIY Van roof vent adapters or creating your own gasket and modifying to fit your roof grooves. Sealant is not required for flat surface installs such as RV roofs, but recommended for safety precaution.
