Virtus Vans 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Base Camp Build is a modular foundation kit for a Sprinter van conversion, combining structural rails, insulated flooring, wall and ceiling panels, and a headliner shelf into one finished, ready-to-build-on base. It delivers a rock-solid interior shell that's ready for further customization with Virtus products or an independent build.

Fits 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter 2500 vans with a high roof, in any wheelbase; it is not designed for standard roof configurations or pre-2019 Sprinter models.

• Structural Rails — wall and ceiling rails bolt in with built-in thermal breaks for temperature control.
• Insulating Floors — CNC-cut foam fills every rib in the van floor over a marine-grade plywood subfloor, with laminate or diamond-plate trim flooring options.
• Walls and Ceilings — bolt-on panels follow the van's curves and leave space for insulation of your choice (Thinsulate, wool, foam, or spray).
• Headliner Shelf — custom aluminum shelf above the cab that connects into the wall system.
• Installs in hours with included hardware — no cutting or drilling required.
