FAQ

Do I have to throw away the wrapped bag each time?

Please remove the wrapped bag that has fallen into the tray each time, as it may cause errors or poor crimping.

 

Can it be used without without coagulant?

If a large amount of moisture remains without using a coagulant, the wrapped bag cannot be disposed of in the same way as disposable diapers. In addition, coagulation makes it more difficult for the excrement inside to leak out, so be sure to use a coagulant.

 

Can I use the handy battery while charging?

The battery cannot be used while charging. Please charge the battery in advance and check the remaining battery capacity before use.

 

Are there any parts that need to be replaced?

The heater and crimping rubber lasts for about 3,000 flushes with normal use and if you do need to change them they are very simple to replace and also inexpensive. Keeping toilet paper or other items out of the sealing unit will extend the life of the heater and crimping rubber.  Always be sure waste is below seal area and extend film if you need more space in bags.

 

Is it okay to flush the consumables for Wrappon down the toilet?

The film roll and special coagulant cannot be flushed down the toilet.

 

How should I dispose of wrapped bags?

You can dispose of it in the same way as disposable diapers. Each municipality may have different disposal methods for diapers, so please check your municipality's garbage separation method. 

 

How much toilet paper can be thrown away?

If a large amount of toilet paper is used, it is necessary to prevent the toilet paper from getting caught in the thermo-compression bonding part in order to prevent waste leakage and thermo-compression failure due to the toilet paper getting caught. 

 

I would like to use it in the bathroom of my camper. Is it okay if the product itself gets wet?

All of our products are not waterproof. Do not use the product in wet locations, as wetness may cause malfunction or electric shock.
