VWD 2014+ Ram ProMaster Passenger Side Sliding Door Double Slider Window (RR301-DS) is a bonded-in ventilation window for the passenger side sliding door of 2014+ Ram ProMaster vans. Two sliders let you open either or both sides, from the front or the rear, to set the airflow you want.

What should I check when a van window is delivered?

Inspect the window shipment before the delivery driver leaves. If there is damage, have the driver note it on the Bill of Lading and provide a signed copy. Without signed damage notation at delivery, Campervan HQ may not be able to make a shipping damage claim.

What is the return process for damaged or defective van windows?

For delivery damage, Campervan HQ needs a signed Bill of Lading showing the damage and photos of the damage. For a defective van window, Campervan HQ needs photos of the defect and will request a Return Authorization. In either case, re-package the window in the original box and tape the invoice number or return authorization number to the outside of the box.
