Vamonos Vans Pre-Insulated Van Subfloor DIY Kit is a CNC-cut, insulated subfloor kit that gives a van conversion a level, insulated base without leveling strips or sub-framing. It solves the problem of building a flat, ready-to-finish floor over factory floor ribs and contours.

Each kit is CNC-cut to match the floor ridges and contours of the specific van model and wheelbase you select at checkout - see the Fitment Guide below for available options. The kit provides the insulation and subfloor base only; final flooring (vinyl plank, laminate, rubber coin flooring, carpet, etc.) is not included and is chosen separately.

Installation is adhesive-based: clean the floor, lay the adhesive, and install the pre-cut floor sections in order, typically in about 30 minutes to an hour.
