It moves the spare tire to the rear door, which frees space for auxiliary fuel or water tanks or improves departure angle. It can also hold an exterior storage box, such as the Deluxe Storage Box shown in photos, sold separately.
The carrier is built from tubular aluminum alloy. It works with any Sprinter rear door hinge style and installs without drilling. Photos show two carriers and a nerf step bumper; only a single driver-side carrier is included. Boxes and Rotopax accessories are not included. Typically ships in 5-10 business days.
