Important! Van Windows Direct recommends only installing the Passenger Side Bump Out on 2007+ Sprinter 144" wheelbases if you have a bond-in half-slider or fixed window in the passenger side sliding door like VWD's models below:

2007+ Sprinter 170" wheelbases and VWD Passenger Side Bump Outs are compatible with any window in passenger side sliding door currently. Please reach out to us to confirm if you are unsure before purchasing.(see more 170" info below)

T-Vent handle windows or windows with a "proud" blind/bugscreen in the passenger sliding door have a potential to scratch the exterior of the Bump Out. Examples of those that are not compatible are FW625R, SR101-AW, and SR101-DS.

The primer prepares the glass and steel surfaces, and the adhesive fastens the window to the van while sealing out moisture. You still need an existing opening, so cargo vans without windows require the correct cutout before installation.

Do Campervan HQ van windows ship for free?

What should I check when a van window is delivered?

Inspect the window shipment before the delivery driver leaves. If there is damage, have the driver note it on the Bill of Lading and provide a signed copy. Without signed damage notation at delivery, Campervan HQ may not be able to make a shipping damage claim.

What is the return process for damaged or defective van windows?

For delivery damage, Campervan HQ needs a signed Bill of Lading showing the damage and photos of the damage. For a defective van window, Campervan HQ needs photos of the defect and will request a Return Authorization. In either case, re-package the window in the original box and tape the invoice number or return authorization number to the outside of the box.
