This is a bonded or glue-in van window. Bonded windows require urethane adhesive and primer unless a primerless adhesive is specified. The primer prepares the glass and steel surfaces, and the adhesive fastens the window to the van while sealing out moisture. You still need an existing opening, so cargo vans without windows require the correct cutout before installation.

Do Campervan HQ van windows ship for free?

What should I check when a van window is delivered?

For delivery damage, Campervan HQ needs a signed Bill of Lading showing the damage and photos of the damage. For a defective van window, Campervan HQ needs photos of the defect and will request a Return Authorization. In either case, re-package the window in the original box and tape the invoice number or return authorization number to the outside of the box.
