The Promaster now has CRL Ram Promaster Windows that are a perfect complement to the Promaster's sleek aerodynamic styling. These windows have silkscreened black faded edges with solar privacy glass. The entire unit is contoured to match the sidewall and doors, making the installation as simple as conventional fully-framed windows. Our Ram Promaster windows are configured to fit within the OEM stampings and provide a customized OEM look.

This CRL Ram Promaster 136" Driver's Side Rear Quarter Panel T-Vent Window (FW396L): 

 

  • Fits 2014+ Ram Promaster 136" wheelbase vans
  • Has 28% dark gray factory tint
  • Has two crank-out, screened opening bottom panels
  • Uses tempered glass for maximum safety and strength
  • Is tested to ANSI Z26.1 and FMVSS 205 safety standards
  • Uses factory stampings for cut lines
  • Is manufactured in the USA by CR Laurence.

    When mounting these windows on your Ram Promaster:

    • If you can, cut the openings with a center-blade shear, rather than a jigsaw - this will cut an opening that may be less ragged, produce less debris, and produce less hammering on the sheet metal of the van.
    • Make sure you paint the cut edges of the new window opening - if you skip this step, moisture can rust out the edges of the window mounting.
    • IMPORTANT: these windows clamp in place - ensure you do not use power tools on the inner trim ring screws, use hand tools to tighten these.

    Thank goodness for the pre-cut insulate! I had a couple extra pieces from the kit. So I cut them up and filled in a few places. I had a good pair of sharp shears that I struggled with and then I also tried to razor blade or two. All I can say is buy the pre-cut package!

    I installed this fan on a previously owned fifth wheel camper and it was a great addition. Used it to move warm air out on hot days and used a down draft with the lid closed to just move air around for a comfortable sleep.     This mesh is not as harsh and scratchy as Hypervent. It is softer and a bit thinner but still pushes well on the mattress.     We put the Rainer Floor with the 2tec2 flooring in our 2023 Sprinter 170. Both items were cut perfectly and glued down flat. We’ve had no squeaks or movement from the flooring or subfloor over the last 2 years.     We are installing the fabric now, and it’s working very well for us. We really like just having to do one gluing step. Corners are harder to do because of the thickness, so we can’t fold two layers together. But it’s easier to avoid wrinkles on the flat surfaces.

    Love the extra protection these fender flares provide on my Metris. Also, they look fantastic IMO. If you're super OCD, you might not like the way the edges of the flares do not mate up with the body work of your van as the double sided 3M tape makes them raised about a 1/16th of an inch.
